A PALE CELADON AND BROWN JADE 'LIONS' GROUP, China, Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)

The two cubs are depicted frolicking from head to tail, each with a ridged spine extending to the thick tail, whose fur is cleverly differentiated between the light grey and dark brown sections of the stone. Reca etichetta di Sotheby's.
