A BLUE AND WHITE DISH, China, Jiaqing mark and period (1796-1820)

Painted in blue underneath the deck with floral motifs, the base bears the six-character seal mark in blue underneath the deck of Emperor Jiaqing.

Provenance: bought in the late 1990s/early 2000s from an Italian collector at the China Guardian auction in Beijing.
