A BRONZE FIGURE OF AMITAYUS, Tibet - China, 17th / 18th century

Seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus pedestal, holding a kalasha vase in his hands. He wears a dhoti, is adorned with numerous jewels, and is crowned with a tiara. His hair is embellished with a jewel, with ribbons and locks cascading over his shoulders.
