Standing on a lotus flower base with engraved petals, the right hand is raised in
abhaya mudra, and the left hand is in
varada mudra. Wears a wide, draped robe intricately engraved with flowers. On the head brings a diadem, and wears earrings.

This style originates from the Buddhist sculpture of ancient Gandhara and the early cultures of Central Asia, where representations of the Buddha reflected Greco-Roman classical influence, particularly evident in the flowing drapery.
