Seated in
vajraparyankasana on a double-lotus pedestal, with the principal pair of hands held before the chest in
vyakarana mudra. The second pair is in
tarpana mudra, sprinkling ambrosia into the bowl while holding a
vajra. The third pair, in
samadhi mudra, rests on the lap holding a bowl containing the
amrta nectar. The fourth and fifth pairs of hands, extended, hold a bow and arrow, a manuscript, and a lotus flower. The sixth pair is joined above the head in
vajracakra mudra, symbolizing Mount Meru.
