Shaped in two descending tiers, the bowls feature a decoration of bold, projecting scrollwork, alternating with chiselled panels bearing floral and plant motifs. The central shaft is characterised by an openwork knot with openwork volutes in the Neo-Renaissance style. The circular base, in keeping with the upper section, rests on four finely decorated scroll-shaped feet. Later hallmarked 800. Weight 1728 g.
