With the classic “Savonarola” hourglass form composed of multiple interlacing arms; the backrest is decorated with two flowers inlaid with mother-of-pearl tesserae against a background of carved floral motifs, and with lobed cartouches containing inscriptions in thuluth script. The seat also features geometric carvings enriched with mother-of-pearl.
