Savonarola armchair with a scissor-form structure and refined inlay work. The backrest, carved with foliate motifs, is adorned with an upper rail featuring a pair of confronting peacocks; the armrests terminate in finely carved leopard heads. The surface is enriched with inlays of bone, mother-of-pearl, ebony and various woods.
