Composed of four panels, each decorated with a central panel applied with hardstones depicting birds such as phoenixes, pheasants, cranes, blackbirds, and swallows flying among luxuriant flowering trees and scrolling flowers and leaves among rocks; all are framed within a finely carved hardwood structure with floral motifs; the reverse is finely painted in gold with lake landscapes among pagodas and mountains.
