FOUR EMBROIDERED SILK PANELS, China, Qing dynasty, Jiaqing period (1796-1820)

Panel: h cm 132,5 x l cm 31
Each decorated with a large central rectangular reserve with refined embroidery of birds among flowers, enclosed between two smaller reserves featuring lotus scrolls; the reverse is of embroidered silk with floral medallions containing deer, Buddhist emblems, and auspicious objects; framed in hardwood frames.
