CUP IN ROCK CRYSTAL, GOLD AND POLYCHROME ENAMELS, 20th century

Goblet-shaped, with a clear crystal bowl finely engraved with a mythological scene depicting classical nymphs. The turned stem, circular foot and stepped lid are embellished with elaborate gold mountings decorated with polychrome enamels. The lid is surmounted by a foliage motif with a ring-shaped handle and a pearl. It bears the ‘18K’ hallmark. Complete with a moulded three-door case. Total weight g 394.
