Marcopolo Auctions does not provide shipping or packing services. If requested, the service may be entrusted to an external shipping agency affiliated with the Auction House, MG srl, based in Sarzana (SP), Via XX Settembre 65, telephone number +39 0187 605663. The buyer will have a direct relationship with the agency, including with regard to the issuance of the invoice, which includes administration, packing, labor, shipping, and insurance costs. It will be sufficient to send the lot number awarded, including the auction number, to their email address auction@mgsrl-logistica.it, and MG srl will provide a quotation. Alternatively, the client may rely on a shipping agent of their own choice and arrange collection. From the moment the lots are handed over to the shipping agent, the auction house will assume no responsibility whatsoever for them.
Shipping will be entirely at the client’s expense, and it cannot be excluded that the appointed shipper may request additional storage charges.
Marcopolo Asian Art will not handle the procedures relating to the certificates of free circulation and assumes no responsibility regarding the issuance of the free export permit (ALC). Therefore, any such procedure may only be started after payment of the lot in question. For this service, a quotation may be requested from MG srl for handling the necessary formalities.
